Governing Law and Contract Formation 

The technical steps required to create the contract between you and us are as follows:

You place the order for your products on the website by pressing the "submit" button at the end of the check-out process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the website. We will send to you an Order Confirmation email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an acceptance from Sonorous.TV. At the same time as your product is shipped from our warehouse we will send you a Despatch Confirmation email. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following reasons:

The product(s) you ordered being unavailable from stock
Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
The identification of a pricing, product or offer description error
You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria as set out below

Refusal of Transaction

We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at anytime and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this website whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

For the avoidance of doubt, Sonorous.TV does not limit its liability for death or personal injury to the extent only that it arises as a result of the negligence of Sonorous.TV, its affiliates, directors, employees or other representatives.

Returns Policy

You may return new any unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Under no circumstances can we accept the return of self assembly products that have been partially or fully assembled.

Providing goods are returned unopened (in the original packaging) and in the same condition as supplied you should expect to receive your refund within 14 days of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank or card issuer to process our refund request.

Under the European Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs), customers in the European Union that cancel a contract for purchase of an item(s) within 14 days of receipt of their order will receive a refund for the cost of the item(s) and the cost of sending the item to you, provided that the entire order is being returned. If the item(s) returned is part of a larger order, then no delivery charge is refunded.

Goods received back incomplete or in a damaged or used condition will either be returned to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account or we reserve the right to levy a surcharge on such returned goods at a minimum 25% of the product price. 

We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit: as you are responsible for returning the item(s) to us, we recommend sending the package by Recorded/Special Delivery.

Please note, in all instances Connected Essentials Ltd. shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses, including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses. The above does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellation Of Order

Orders can be cancelled prior to notifaction of shipment with the exception of models purchase from our 'Built To Order' range since these are specified to customer requirements. All other orders can be cancelled prior to despatch. Orders cancelled after despatch will be subject to a delivery handling charge of £55.


In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product. This must be reported within 24 hours of delivery of the goods.


All products have a 12 month warranty from the date of delivery unless documents are supplied with your order that state otherwise. We will offer either a repair or exchange if the fault occurs within 30 days of delivery. If the fault with your product occurs within its guarantee period (normally 12 months from delivery) we will offer you a prompt repair service. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.

In the case of extended warranties beyond 12 months, where documentation for this is provided and the product has been registered with the manufacturer, the manufacturer will honour the warranty directly. 

We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. 

Complaints Procedure

Connected Essentials Ltd. takes its relationships with customers very seriously, and we expend a great deal of effort ensuring that we keep you happy. We aim to reply to emails within one working day of receipt, whether they're enquiries or, heaven forbid, complaints. All your feedback is appreciated.
